Opportunities at Casa Courts

Casa Courts is expanding, creating opportunities across every part of the organization for motivated professionals who want to grow with a company on the rise. We invest in people who are eager to learn, take ownership, and build long-term careers as we continue to grow.

Sales Consultants/Court Advisors

Court Advisors serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle. They meet with homeowners, schools, businesses, and community organizations to understand their goals, evaluate project requirements, develop court designs, and prepare customized proposals. Once a project is approved, Court Advisors assist in production preparation, communicate with installation teams, oversee project progress, and conduct final quality inspections to help ensure every court meets Casa Courts' standards. Combining sales, project management, and customer consultation, Court Advisors play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through project completion. This is an independent contractor role.

Installation Teams

Installation Team members are responsible for delivering high-quality court projects through skilled workmanship and attention to detail. They work closely with Court Advisors and project coordinators to ensure courts are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Whether focused on a specialty trade or multiple areas of installation, every team member plays an important role in ensuring each project meets Casa Courts' standards for quality, performance, and appearance.
